Stigmabase lists every week — 52 weeks per year — stories about social exclusion and its causes throughout the world — in 12 languages. Stigmabase hopes to be a vehicle for change and combat social exclusion throughout the world.

The Stigmabase initiative is part of a Multilateralism approach and rejects any populist, souverainism, nationalist, hate and fundamentalist doctrine. Stigmabase believes in A TOTAL equality between the sexes, races, cultures, and equal opportunities for all.

Around 6500 people emigrated from Hong Kong in 2017 – a 12-year low
- The number of Hongkongers who migrated overseas last year has dropped to the lowest level in 12 years, with around 6,500 people leaving the city according to the Security Bureau. The figures are the lowest since 2006, when an estimated 10,300 people emigrated.
